TrueCompanions ("we," "us," or "our") is a neighborhood dog walking service operated by Ozen Global LLC d/b/a TrueCompanions in South Florida. Our website is truecompanions.co.

We collect information you provide directly to us when submitting a booking form:

• Pet information: Dog name(s), breed, age, weight, temperament, vaccination status, and medical conditions
• Emergency contacts: Name, relationship, and phone number of your designated emergency contact
• Veterinarian information: Vet name, clinic name, and phone number
• Digital signature: Your electronic signature on the liability waiver, captured as part of the booking process
• Service preferences: Selected walk type, schedule, frequency, and any special instructions

We do not collect payment card details directly. All payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe (see Section 5).

We may also collect limited technical data automatically, such as your browser type and IP address, through standard web server logs.

3How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Process and confirm your booking
• Provide the dog walking services you have requested
• Contact you about your booking, schedule changes, or service updates
• Respond to your questions or concerns
• Send booking confirmation and receipt emails
• Comply with legal obligations, including maintaining waiver records
• Improve the quality and safety of our services

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering our services.

• Contract performance: Processing is necessary to fulfill the service agreement between you and TrueCompanions

5Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our business:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information directly. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Formspree — Booking form submissions are transmitted to Formspree, which forwards them to our inbox and stores them in a secure dashboard. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — Used to send transactional confirmation emails. Your name and email address are passed to Resend solely to deliver booking confirmations. See Resend's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any other third party.

6Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

• Maintain an active service relationship with you
• Comply with our legal obligations (e.g., signed liability waivers)
• Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
